The “canyon” area between the office building and the garage has been carefully planned to create an outdoor space between the two structures and to bring the outdoors into the building. The distinctive landscaping of this office complex has been designed to take advantage of a rain water harvesting collection system. Gutters are on a teathered chain that cascades over sculptured beds. The natural,lush planted environment creates an intimate place for people to gather outside of the building. The landscaping plan for The Reserve at Park Ten is truly unique and makes this complex memorable.
